Recording of Interactions

ORVIA may record meetings, telephone calls, video conferences, and other professional interactions for the following purposes:

  • Safeguarding and quality assurance
  • Accurate record-keeping and governance
  • Training and continuous improvement
  • Dispute resolution and accountability

Recordings may be processed using AI transcription tools to produce written records. These transcriptions are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data protection obligations under UK GDPR.
