These future systems may support scenario-based learning in safeguarding, closed culture awareness, difficult conversations, leadership under pressure, family concern responses, reflective supervision and operational decision-making.

The aim is not to replace professional judgement, real-world experience or human accountability. The aim is to help people practise reflection, decision-making and accountability in safer, structured learning environments.

As with all ORVIA developments, any future immersive learning system would be tested against our core framework:

Technology may help create the learning environment. Human judgement must remain at the centre.
