The Process
1. Collate — We gather every document, email, message, call log, professional report, and record into a single, organised evidence library. Nothing is missed.
2. Search & Link — Every piece of evidence is cross-referenced. Contradictions are flagged. Timelines are mapped. Connections that nobody else has spotted become visible.
3. Challenge — Using ORVIA’s Evidence Challenge Framework™, we interrogate every document from the perspective of both sides. If it can be challenged, we find it first.
4. Map — A complete chronological timeline of events, decisions, and actions — showing what happened, when, by whom, and what was missed.
5. Report — A structured, evidence-led ORVIA report that presents findings clearly, references every source, and anticipates every challenge.
6. Bundle — A professionally prepared evidence bundle, indexed, paginated, and ready for court. Compliant with current family court requirements.
Your Evidence Workspace
Every client receives a dedicated Notion workspace — your personal evidence library. Everything is connected, linked, and searchable. You can access it throughout your case, share it with your solicitor, and download a complete local copy at any time.
When your case concludes, ORVIA deletes all system files within 3–6 months in line with our GDPR obligations. We are transparent about this — your data is yours, and we do not retain it longer than necessary.

If you need access to your evidence workspace after case closure, ORVIA can regenerate your archive. This is a chargeable service (£199 + VAT) reflecting the manual work involved in archive retrieval and regeneration. We are honest about this — it carries real working hours.
